Is it really free right now?
Yes. Timeely is in early access, so founding customers use the platform free — no credit card required. The Free plan (up to 5 members) also stays free forever.
What happens when paid plans launch?
We’ll give you plenty of notice, and founding customers lock in founding-customer pricing. We’ll never surprise-bill you or auto-charge a card you never entered.
How is pricing structured?
Per member, per month, on one transparent bill — no per-module add-ons. You only move up a tier when you need the next set of capabilities, and you can change plans anytime.
What’s the difference between the tiers?
Free and Core run the work (projects, time, and — on Core — profitability). Business adds the people side: attendance, leave, payroll-prep, and the AI HR copilot. Enterprise adds advanced controls and priority onboarding; SSO and SCIM are on the roadmap for that tier and are not available yet.
How does the AI handle our data?
Every answer is grounded in your own records and policies and scoped to your workspace — the copilot cannot see another customer’s data. Nothing it produces takes effect on its own: every AI output is a draft or a flag that a person reviews and decides on.
Is my data secure, and can I get it out?
Each company’s data is isolated by row-level security in the database, traffic is TLS-encrypted, and access is governed by granular roles. You can export the operational data yourself as CSV — attendance, activity, leave balances, and each payroll period. A full account export or deletion is handled by us on request; there is no self-service button for it yet.
