Is it really free right now?
Yes. Timeely is in early access, so founding customers use the platform free — no credit card required. The Free plan (up to 5 members) also stays free forever.
What happens when paid plans launch?
We’ll give you plenty of notice, and founding customers lock in founding-customer pricing. We’ll never surprise-bill you or auto-charge a card you never entered.
How is pricing structured?
Per member, per month, on one transparent bill — no per-module add-ons. You only move up a tier when you need the next set of capabilities, and you can change plans anytime.
What’s the difference between the tiers?
Free and Core run the work (projects, time, and — on Core — profitability). Business adds the people side: attendance, leave, payroll-prep, and the AI HR copilot. Enterprise adds SSO, SCIM, and advanced controls.
Is the AI really private?
Yes. The AI HR copilot runs on a self-hosted model, so your people data is never sent to a third-party AI provider. Every AI output is a draft or a flag that a human reviews and decides on.
Is my data secure, and can I get it out?
Each company’s data is isolated, traffic is TLS-encrypted, and access is governed by granular roles and audit logs. You can export or delete your data at any time.
